Pavlodar Oil LLP as a national operator within the framework of exercising the right to provide services for organizing transportation through pipeline systems to other states of oil transported from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan via oil trunk pipelines that have property or other legal rights. property rights on the basis of the national operator (operating activities on one route) performs the following functions:

• concludes agreements with shippers to organize the transportation of oil through pipeline systems of other states;

Pavlodar Oil LLP is registered in the republican part of the State Register of Natural Monopolies. Tariffs for oil transportation services on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan were approved by the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Natural Monopolies”, oil transportation services through main pipelines for transit through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and export outside the Republic of Kazakhstan are not subject to regulation by natural monopolies.
