Competition "Best Worker by Profession"

In September of this year, Pavlodar Oil LLP held the “Best Worker by Profession” competition in order to motivate staff, increase the prestige of blue-collar professions, increase labor productivity, identify and reward the best production workers, acquire skills and exchange experience.

According to the submitted applications of our employees, this year the Competition was held in the following nominations:

"Well exploration operator"
"Operator of technological installations CITS"
"Operator of technological installations of the Central Processing Plant"
"Laboratory assistant for chemical analysis OEKUG"
"Laboratory assistant for chemical analysis CITS"
According to the terms of the competition, 2 stages were held: theoretical and practical tasks. When performing a practical task, the quality of execution, compliance with safety and labor protection rules, execution according to the standard time, and use of tools were assessed.

The contestants who took first prizes in the Company then took part in the second stage of the competition, held at the KMG level.

At the Professional Excellence Competition “Uzdik Maman - 2017” of JSC NC “KazMunayGas”, the final stage of which took place from September 25 to 29, 2017 in the cities of Shymkent and Aktau among employees of the KMG group of companies, our colleagues took prizes.

The competitions were held at three industrial sites of KMG subsidiaries - PetroKazakhstanOilProducts LLP (Shymkent city), Karazhanbasmunai JSC (Mangistau region) and KazTransOil JSC (training and course plant, Aktau city). Employees of 25 companies of the KazMunayGas group defended their high professional level.

126 participants took part, representing 17 main and related professions, such as an oil and gas production operator, a well exploration operator, a reservoir pressure maintenance operator, a turner, a chemical analysis laboratory technician, an electric and gas welder, an electrician, a mechanic, an underground well repair team, a team overhaul of wells, operator (motor operator) of a cementing unit - 320, car repairman, car driver, operator of technological installations, operator of technological pumps, operator of compressor units, chemical analysis laboratory assistant.

According to the results of the Competition, the following employees of Pavlodar Oil LLP demonstrated their skills and professionalism, defended and were recognized as winners:
