Trademark

On February 28, 2017, the RSE “National Institute of Intellectual Property” of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan published an official bulletin on the registration of the trademark “Pavlodar Oil” for a period of 10 years in accordance with Article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Trademarks, Service Marks and Appellations of Origin of Goods” . The registration period for the trademark “Pavlodar Oil” is until 02/10/2026.

A trademark is a designation (verbal, figurative, combined or other) “that serves to individualize the goods of legal entities or individual entrepreneurs.” The law recognizes the exclusive right to a trademark, certified by a certificate. The owner of a trademark has the right to use it, dispose of it and prohibit its use by others.
